# iPeriodRatingInfo

Defines the core rating-period values that rating logic can compare across policy periods, including anniversary and rating dates, extension flags, coverage window, market type, and the rate-tier code that identifies the rating context.

## Purpose
- Provide a shared contract for period-level rating inputs.
- Support equality and helper logic through a stable set of rating dates, flags, and classification values.
- Let multiple policy-period shapes participate in the same rating comparison helpers.

## Behavioral notes

- Implementations should keep their equality semantics aligned with `BaseEquals` and `BaseGetHashCode` when they rely on the extension helpers.
